Analysis
You will receive our practice evaluation packet designed for quick and easy information gathering. This data will provide the bulk of information needed to complete your analysis. After you return this information, we will have a phone consultation to clarify the data. We want to make sure that we are clear about your goals, philosophical values, special needs and any other considerations before we proceed.
Personality Profile
The Personality Profile is used to help you better understand yourself and specifically your work behavioral style. We can also identify and minimize potential conflicts with patients, staff, and family members.
In-Office Evaluation or Training (Optional)
Mr. Hart will personally travel to your office to evaluate your procedures and systems, listen to the office dialog, and generally observe. There is no charge for one visit per year, excepting travel expenses. We also offer in-office training specific to your practice and your staff. In the event more than one visit per year is necessary, subsequent visits will cost $1000 per day plus travel expenses.
Action Plan
The prioritized Action Plan is your guide to the practice you have always wanted. It is specifically tailored to your practice and designed to address the critical blockages one at a time. By using this individualized step-by-step approach, you will experience growth and feel a sense of personal achievement at the completion of each project, without overwhelming you or your staff.
Operations & Administration Manuals
You will receive over four hundred pages of information detailing front desk procedures, billing procedures, back office procedures, patient processing procedures, patient education information, hiring procedures and marketing information. You will receive the manuals electronically, allowing us to fully customize them to your office.
Phone Consultation
Each week you will be scheduled for a one-on-one phone consultation with Mr. Hart. The purpose of this call is to give direction and to create accountability for your Action Plan. Additionally, you may call for other questions as needed. Generally, we return all calls the same working day.
Webinars (On-line Seminars)
You will have access to a regular series of internet based presentations; some directed at the doctor and some at the staff. This is a great way to get the benefits of attending a seminar without the financial and time commitment. All you need to attend is an internet connection and a telephone.
Monthly Statistical Watch
You will be asked to submit your practice statistics every month. These statistics are analyzed for specific numbers and ratios as they relate to your practice. We will review your statistics, monitor your progress, and determine trends. This helps us to identify any potential new problems, as well as new opportunities for growth.
Investment
The cost for our complete service is only $600.00 per month. There is no contract, however we do require a 30-day notice if you choose to discontinue service.
